Terms of service

These terms apply to this website, studiov16.in, and to the Studio V16 app at app.studiov16.in, provided by Studio V16, 722, Homeland City, University Road, Piplod, Surat, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”). By using them you agree to these terms.

The website

The website shows our work and lets you contact us. Its text, photographs and designs belong to Studio V16 or our clients and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

The Studio V16 app

Who can use it

The app is for businesses that have an account with us (“the business”) and the people they invite. You may only sign in with an account the business has given you, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in (for example your Google account) secure. Tell the business or us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only for the business’s legitimate work.
• Do not try to reach data of another business, test or break its security, overload it, or copy or resell the software.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you have no right to share.
• Record attendance honestly — the timesheet records the time, device and location of each clock-in.

The business’s data

Everything a business enters in the app remains that business’s. We use it only to provide the app, as described in our privacy policy. The business is responsible for the accuracy of what it records, including invoices and tax details, and for having the right to record information about its staff and clients.

Plans and payment

Features and limits depend on the business’s plan (Free, Pro or Max). Paid plans are billed as agreed with the business. If a paid plan is not paid on time, the account may fall back to the Free plan’s features until it is.

AI features

The assistant and voice features use AI and can make mistakes. Check what they produce — especially tasks, amounts and dates — before relying on it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may improve or change features over time, and will tell businesses about changes that materially affect them.

Suspension and ending

A business can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the app or other businesses at risk. When an account ends, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for the app in any year is limited to the amount the business paid us for it in that year. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
